How payouts work, how you can get paid, and how to set up Payoneer or Wise / Revolut.

This guide exists so you understand the payout process better — but for any question you can always reach out to Lisa (@lisoque).

🗓 Payout schedule

Projects are paid twice a month — on the 1st and the 15th, based on the number of completed projects. If the date falls on a weekend, the payout is made earlier (e.g. if the 15th is a Sunday, you get paid on Friday the 13th).

🪪 Onboarding form

If you have just joined the team and already have completed projects — fill in the onboarding form. That's the only step: no need to message anyone separately.

📝 Open the form

In the form you provide your name, contact email and your chosen payment method (Payoneer or Wise / Revolut). After that you get access to the sheet you fill in to receive payment.

📊 The sheet

To be paid for the projects you delivered, you need to fill in the payment sheet. The filling instructions are here — and the detailed guide for the current tariff is in the Payment Guide tab.

💼 How you can get paid

Pick whichever of these you already use or can open — we pay the same amount either way, only the fees on your side differ.

📌 Taxes are on you. We pay the agreed amount in full and withhold nothing. Income tax, social contributions, registration and any reporting in your country of residence are your responsibility — the company neither pays nor reimburses them. Payment-service fees are on your side too.

🟠 Payoneer — how to open an account

If you chose Payoneer, open the account yourself before the first payout. Registration is free, verification takes 2–3 business days — so start early, not on the 14th.

Open the step-by-step instructions

Step 1 · Sign up

Go to payoneer.com → Sign Up. Choose:

Account type — Individual (not a company)
Purpose — I want to get paid by clients or marketplaces
Expected monthly volume — the range that matches your real income

Step 2 · Personal details

First and last name in Latin letters, exactly as in your international passport or ID card. This is the #1 reason verification fails.
Date of birth, email (the one you'll give Lisa), phone in +380 format.
Country: Ukraine. Address in Latin letters — country, city, street, postcode.

Step 3 · Security & tax number

Password + two security questions — save them somewhere safe.
ID document details (international passport or ID card) and your tax number (ІПН).

Step 4 · Link your bank card

Add a UAH card or account — PrivatBank or monobank work best for Ukraine.
The cardholder name must match the name on the Payoneer account. Someone else's card will not pass.

Step 5 · Verification

Upload a scan or photo of your ID document — both sides, all corners visible, no glare, no cropping.
Payoneer may also ask for proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement, up to 3 months old).
Review takes 2–3 business days, occasionally up to a week.

Step 6 · Issuing the invoice

You don't need to send anything to anyone in advance. Before each payout Lisa posts in the general Discord chat that it's time to invoice — only then you create the invoice in Payoneer with these details:

⚠️ When creating the invoice, select the option that lets the payer choose the payment method.

NBU limits for individuals: up to 399,999 UAH per month in total across all Ukrainian banks, and up to 20 incoming transfers per month. Payoneer's own limit is $5,000 per transaction.

Why verification usually fails: name in Latin doesn't match the document · address doesn't match · document photo cropped or blurry · the card belongs to someone else · the phone number is already used on another account.

Fees and limits are as of September 2026 — check the current numbers in your Payoneer account before withdrawing.

🗓 Графік виплат

Оплата за проєкти відбувається 2 рази на місяць (1 та 15 числа) та розраховується згідно з кількістю завершених проєктів. Якщо цей день випадає на вихідний, оплата буде заздалегідь (наприклад, 15 число — неділя, оплата буде у п'ятницю 13-го).

📝 Відкрити анкету

В анкеті вкажеш ім'я, пошту для звʼязку та обраний спосіб оплати (ФОП, Payoneer чи Wise/Revolut). Після цього отримаєш доступ до таблиці, яку заповнюєш для отримання оплати.

Ми платимо однакову суму в усіх трьох випадках — різниця лише в тому, що з нею далі відбувається у тебе.

🧮 Приклад розрахунку при доході $500

За курсом НБУ ~44,6 грн/$ (вересень 2026) $500 ≈ 22 305 грн. Показники 2026: мінімалка 8 647 грн, ЄСВ 1 902,34 грн/міс.

Колонки не порівнюються напряму: у ФОПа податки вже враховані в сумі, у другій колонці — ще ні. Скільки ти винен зі свого доходу, залежить від твого статусу й країни проживання. ЄСВ — фіксована сума на місяць, а не відсоток, тож зі зростанням доходу його частка падає.

📌 Податки — на тобі. Ми платимо погоджену суму повністю й нічого не утримуємо. Податки, внески, реєстрація та звітність у країні твого проживання — твоя відповідальність: компанія їх не сплачує й не компенсує. Комісії платіжних сервісів — теж на твоєму боці.

🟠 Payoneer — як відкрити акаунт

Якщо обрав Payoneer — відкрий акаунт самостійно до першої виплати. Реєстрація безкоштовна, верифікація триває 2–3 робочі дні, тому починай заздалегідь, а не 14-го числа.

Відкрити покрокову інструкцію

Крок 1 · Реєстрація

Заходиш на payoneer.com → Sign Up. Обираєш:

Тип акаунта — Individual (фізична особа, не компанія)
Мета — отримувати платежі від клієнтів або маркетплейсів
Очікуваний обсяг на місяць — діапазон, що відповідає реальному доходу

Крок 2 · Особисті дані

Ім'я та прізвище латиницею, точно як у закордонному паспорті або ID-картці. Це причина №1, чому не проходить верифікація.
Дата народження, email (той самий, що даси Лізі), телефон у форматі +380.
Країна: Україна. Адреса латиницею — країна, місто, вулиця, індекс.

Крок 3 · Безпека та ІПН

Пароль + два контрольні питання — збережи їх у надійному місці.
Дані документа (закордонний паспорт або ID-картка) та податковий номер (ІПН).

Крок 4 · Прив'язка банківської картки

Додаєш гривневу картку або рахунок — найкраще ПриватБанк або monobank.
Ім'я власника картки має збігатися з ім'ям в акаунті Payoneer. Чужа картка не пройде.

Крок 5 · Верифікація

Завантажуєш скан або фото документа — обидві сторони, всі кути в кадрі, без бліків і обрізань.
Payoneer може додатково попросити підтвердження адреси (комунальний рахунок або виписка з банку, не старіші 3 місяців).
Перевірка триває 2–3 робочі дні, іноді до тижня.

Крок 6 · Виставлення рахунку (invoice)

Надсилати щось комусь заздалегідь не потрібно. Перед кожною виплатою Ліза пише в загальний чат у Discord, що час виставляти рахунок — і тільки тоді ти створюєш invoice у Payoneer з такими реквізитами:

Чому найчастіше не проходить верифікація: ім'я латиницею не збігається з документом · адреса не збігається · фото документа обрізане чи нечітке · картка оформлена на іншу людину · номер телефону вже використаний в іншому акаунті.

Комісії та ліміти актуальні на вересень 2026 — перед виведенням перевір поточні цифри у своєму акаунті Payoneer.

Type the number of the project you worked on, by hand.

Code – Main — the main code

The code is based on the average length of the videos in the project:

Add up the durations of all videos in the project.
Divide by the number of videos.
Match that average to the code below.

The code is two parts: the project type + the length in brackets. Write Concept [1.5], Pixar [1.5] or Pixar Edit Only [1.5] — a bare [1.5] is not recognised by the sheet and the price stays $0.

Generated something? Log it every time, even if the amount is below the bonus threshold — we track the real volume. Generated nothing yourself? Leave the cell empty.

The name of a new brand that isn't in the dropdown yet.
Any separate payment arrangement agreed with management — describe it here, in plain words.

Calculated automatically — don't touch them. If a price stays $0 or the row turns red, see «Red highlight / $0 price?» below.

📝 How to Log Projects

✨ New: avatars and b-rolls now always go in one cell of Code – Additional — for both old and new projects. One project = one row. No more separate rows for avatars.

Regular project (Concept)

Code – Main: pick the Concept code by average video length, e.g. Concept [1.5].
Footage generation is built into the base rate — there is no separate per-unit price for it. What it earns you on top is the $20 AI bonus, once the amounts hit the threshold for your duration code.
Always log what you generated yourself — the amounts go into Code – Additional, in one cell. This is also what the bonus is calculated from:

Avatar x1 + B-roll x30

Order and capitalization don't matter. The number always goes after x.
No avatar? Just write B-roll x25.
The bonus is applied automatically if the amounts meet the thresholds for your duration code — you'll see it in Price – Additional right away.

Pixar project

Code – Main: Pixar [length], e.g. Pixar [1.5] for a 1:30 video.
Generations in Pixar projects are not logged and not paid separately — everything is included in the rate.
This code is for when you generated the AI content yourself. If an AI specialist made it and you only edited, the code is different — see below.

Pixar where an AI specialist generated (Edit Only)

Code – Main: Pixar Edit Only [length], e.g. Pixar Edit Only [2].
When to pick it: the AI specialist made the avatars and generations, and your work was editing the project.
The rate is lower than regular Pixar because the workload is smaller. Codes run up to [5.5].
Leave Code – Additional empty — you generated nothing.
This code used to be called Pixar NS — now it's only Pixar Edit Only.

Projects assigned before July 28

Same format: generations in one cell of Code – Additional (Avatar x10 + B-roll x5). The difference is only in how the sheet prices them — under the old rules. It works that out from the assignment date on its own, you don't need to do anything differently.
The old way with separate rows still works if you've already logged it that way.

Red highlight / $0 price?

The table couldn't find your project by brand + number, or the code doesn't match the assignment date. Check the brand and project number. If everything looks right — message Lisa.

⚠️ Important

Log only footage you generated yourself. If an AI specialist generated it for the project — don't log it as yours.
The number always goes after x: B-roll x25, not "25 b-rolls".
One project — one row. Avatars and b-rolls of a new project go in one cell of Code – Additional.
Generation rules still apply: don't generate footage that already exists in Tagbox or is easy to find.
Fill the sheet in only after the message in the general channel.
Log only what hasn't been paid yet.
Don't add rows yourself. Out of rows? Message Lisa and she'll add them.
Double-check the data is complete and correct — the payroll is calculated from it, and mistakes here delay the payout.

Щось генерував — логуй завжди, навіть якщо кількість не дотягує до порогу доплати: ми відстежуємо реальний обсяг. Сам нічого не генерував — залиш клітинку порожньою.

Comment — вільний коментар

Назва нового бренду, якого ще немає у випадному списку.
Будь-які окремі домовленості по оплаті, які ти обговорював з менеджментом — опиши їх тут своїми словами.

Price – Main, Price – Additional, Bonus, Write-off, Total Salary

Рахуються автоматично — не чіпай. Якщо ціна лишилась $0 або рядок став червоним — див. «Червона підсвітка / ціна $0?» нижче.

📝 Як логувати проєкти

✨ Нове: аватари та броли тепер завжди пишуться в одній клітинці Code – Additional — і для старих, і для нових проєктів. Один проєкт = один рядок. Окремі рядки для аватарів більше не потрібні.

Звичайний проєкт (Concept)

Code – Main: код Concept за середньою тривалістю відео, напр. Concept [1.5].
Генерація футажів уже закладена в базову ставку — окремої ціни за штуку немає. Зверху за неї нараховується AI-доплата $20, якщо кількість дотягує до порогу для твого коду тривалості.
Завжди логуй те, що згенерував сам — кількість пиши в Code – Additional одним рядком. З цього ж рахується доплата:

Avatar x1 + B-roll x30

Порядок і регістр не важливі. Число завжди після x.
Немає аватара? Просто B-roll x25.
Доплата нараховується автоматично, якщо кількість відповідає порогам для твого коду тривалості — суму одразу видно в Price – Additional.

Pixar-проєкт

Code – Main: Pixar [довжина], напр. Pixar [1.5] для ролика 1:30.
Генерації в Pixar-проєктах не логуються і не оплачуються окремо — все входить у ставку.
Цей код — для випадку, коли AI-контент ти генерував сам. Якщо його зробив AI-спеціаліст, а ти тільки монтував — код інший, див. нижче.

Pixar, де генерував AI-спеціаліст (Edit Only)

Code – Main: Pixar Edit Only [довжина], напр. Pixar Edit Only [2].
Коли обирати: аватари й генерації зробив AI-спеціаліст, а твоя робота — тільки монтаж проєкту.
Ставка нижча за звичайний Pixar, бо обсяг роботи менший. Коди йдуть до [5.5].
Code – Additional лишається порожнім: ти нічого не генерував.
Раніше цей код називався Pixar NS — тепер тільки Pixar Edit Only.

Проєкти, видані до 28 липня

Формат той самий: генерації одним рядком у Code – Additional (Avatar x10 + B-roll x5). Різниця лише в тому, як таблиця їх оцінює — за старими правилами. Вона визначає це сама за датою видачі проєкту, тобі нічого робити інакше не треба.
Старий спосіб окремими рядками теж працює, якщо вже так внесено.

Червона підсвітка / ціна $0?

Таблиця не знайшла проєкт за брендом + номером, або код не відповідає даті видачі. Перевір бренд і номер проєкту. Якщо все вірно — напиши Лізі.

📖 Що входить у кожну категорію

Avatar — $5 за нового персонажа

Ставка діє виключно для задач AI Avatar, де треба створити персонажа, що розмовлятиме на камеру. Оплачується створення його особистості та зовнішності.
Один новий персонаж у такій задачі = 1 Avatar.
Різні ракурси, емоції, одяг чи локації з тим самим персонажем — не нові Avatar. Повторне використання вже створеного аватара теж не рахується.
Для B-roll, Animation B-roll та інших задач створення персонажа окремо не оплачується — воно входить у вартість самого футажу. Сама наявність людини в кадрі не є підставою додавати Avatar.

A-roll — $0.50 за розмовну генерацію

Генерація, у якій аватар говорить на камеру. Кожна така генерація = 1 A-roll.
Створення аватара й розмовні генерації з ним оплачуються окремо. Наприклад: новий аватар + 10 розмовних генерацій = $5 + 10 × $0.50 = $10.

B-roll — $2 за футаж

Реалістичний відеофутаж, який ілюструє сценарій або доповнює основну розмовну сцену. Наприклад:

людина використовує продукт;
крупний план флакона або нанесення засобу;
реакція співрозмовника без репліки;
побутова дія, деталь або інша перебивка за сценарієм.

Один окремий футаж = 1 B-roll.

Animation B-roll — $1.50 за футаж

Перебивки у стилізованому анімаційному вигляді: мультяшні 2D- або 3D-сцени, Pixar-подібна стилістика, пластилінова анімація тощо.
Один окремий анімаційний футаж = 1 Animation B-roll.
Реалістичні та анімаційні перебивки рахуються окремо. Один і той самий футаж не записуй одразу в обидві категорії.

AI Music — $5 за музичний пакет

Оплата за створення музики в Suno: основної пісні та її варіацій із різними хуками.
У стандартному проєкті 5 хуків і Body — основна частина пісні. Спочатку робимо пісню з першим хуком і Body, потім варіації з іншими хуками.
Увесь пакет коштує $5. Кожна пісня або варіація окремо не оплачується: перша пісня + 4 варіації = один пакет за $5.
У таблиці пиши AI Music x1 за повний пакет, незалежно від кількості варіацій усередині.
Музика оплачується окремо від футажів. Наприклад: 10 Animation B-roll + один пакет = 10 × $1.50 + $5 = $20.

Brand — бренд

Обери зі списку бренд, для якого виконував завдання.

Project — номер проєкту

Вкажи номер проєкту зі свого завдання. Перевір, щоб бренд і номер відповідали один одному.

Code – Additional — види та кількість робіт

Усі роботи за проєктом зазначаються однією комбінацією в одній клітинці:

In the salary sheet you log the work done on each project: the types of work and how many of each. The payment is calculated from that.

Twice a month — on the 1st and the 15th. If the date falls on a weekend, the payout is made earlier.

📖 What counts in each category

Avatar — $5 per new character

This rate applies only to AI Avatar tasks, where you have to create a character that will speak to camera. You are paid for building their personality and look.
One new character in such a task = 1 Avatar.
Different angles, emotions, outfits or locations with the same character are not new Avatars. Reusing a character you already created doesn't count either.
For B-roll, Animation B-roll and other tasks, creating a character is not paid separately — it's included in the price of the shot itself. A person being in frame is not a reason to add an Avatar.

A-roll — $0.50 per talking generation

A generation where the avatar speaks to camera. Each one = 1 A-roll.
Creating the avatar and the talking generations are paid separately. For example: one new avatar + 10 talking generations = $5 + 10 × $0.50 = $10.

B-roll — $2 per shot

A realistic video shot that illustrates the script or supports the main talking scene. For example:

someone using the product;
a close-up of the bottle or of applying the product;
a reaction shot with no line;
an everyday action, a detail, or another cutaway from the script.

One separate shot = 1 B-roll.

Animation B-roll — $1.50 per shot

Cutaways in a stylised animated look: cartoon 2D or 3D scenes, Pixar-like styling, claymation and so on.
One separate animated shot = 1 Animation B-roll.
Realistic and animated cutaways are counted separately. Don't log the same shot in both categories.

AI Music — $5 per music pack

Payment for making the music in Suno: the main song and its variations with different hooks.
A standard project has 5 hooks plus the Body — the main part of the song. First you make the song with the first hook and the Body, then the variations with the other hooks.
The whole pack is $5. Individual songs and variations are not paid separately: the first song + 4 variations = one pack at $5.
In the sheet write AI Music x1 for a full pack, no matter how many variations are inside.
Music is paid on top of the footage. For example: 10 Animation B-roll + one pack = 10 × $1.50 + $5 = $20.

📝 How to fill the sheet

Brand — the brand

Pick the brand you did the task for from the dropdown.

Project — project number

Enter the project number from your task. Check that the brand and the number match each other.

Code – Additional — types and amounts of work

All the work on a project goes into one combination, in one cell:

Open the dropdown in the cell.
Pick the template with the types of work you did.
After each x, type the amount for that category.

The templates available in the list:

For example: you created a new avatar for an AI Avatar task, made 56 talking generations and 11 realistic cutaways. You pick the template:

and fill in the amounts:

Calculation: $5 + 56 × $0.50 + 11 × $2 = $55.

⚠️ Keep the names and structure of the template you picked — don't type the combination by hand. After each x put the amount for exactly the category it belongs to.

Comment — notes

Use it for anything that helps verify the row: which new avatars you created, or which shots a clarification refers to.
